Randy Orton Information and History
Randy Orton is a third generation professional wrestler. His grandfather, Bob Orton, Sr., his father "Cowboy" Bob Orton and his uncle, Barry O, were all professional wrestlers. He knew from an early age that he wanted to be a wrestler. His early childhood memories include hanging out with "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and having a broken banister repaired that Andre the Giant had leaned on.
Randy Orton enlisted in the Marines after graduating from Hazelwood Central High School in 1998. He planned to serve four years there and then wrestle. He was dishonorably discharged about a year after enlisting for going AWOL on two different occasions and disobeying an order from a commanding officer.
He signed a deal with World Wrestling Entertainment in 2001. He is a three-time world champion: a two-time WWE Champion and a one-time World Heavyweight Champion. His nickname is the Legend Killer.
